We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the invoice.
We only accept refunds that are damaged, lost in transit, or wrongly issued.Unfortunately, clearance products cannot be refunded.In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
At most, only one shipping fee (including returns) is charged to the customer; no returns can be charged to the consumer to return the product.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] for a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
